We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at hello@lilysboutique.ie. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Standard delivery is €7, or free for all orders over €120. We ship across Ireland and internationally. We aim for next-day delivery on orders placed before 1 PM, though please allow 2–3 days during busy periods. Every order is hand-packed, so feel free to leave a note at checkout if you need anything added!

Had explained before I went what I was looking for and Tracy had a rail ready of different looks for me to try. I loved the whole experience as I am time poor and also find it hard to pick looks as get overwhelmed with the choice! I selected some beautiful pieces that I can mix and match.
