Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Lily’s Boutique! If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit.
1. Hassle-Free In-Store Exchanges (Recommended)
Avoid the cost and wait times of return postage by visiting us at our boutique in Ennis.

The Perk: Bring your online order in-store for an exchange and we will apply an extra €5 discount toward your exchange item immediately!

Expert Advice: Our team is on hand to help you find the right size, cut, or a completely different style that suits you perfectly.
2. Postal Returns
If you cannot visit us in-store, you can return your item(s) by post within 14 days of receipt.

Cost of Returns: As a small boutique, we are unable to offer free returns by post. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original Shipping Fees: We offer free delivery on orders over €140. If a return brings your final order total below €140, a €7 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping and handling costs.
3. How to Return

Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

Complete the Returns Feedback section on your packing slip.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once received, your return will be inspected and processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping fees).
