Below are some of the common questions about orders.
You will receive an email confirming your order and this contains your unique order number. When your order is ready for collections you will received an Email/Text message. If you have selected delivery you will received your An Post Tracking number as soon as its been dispatched.
Yes we do ship internationally. Just select the country you'd like us to ship to at the checkout, however shipping costs may differentiate between Ireland and other countries.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay as valid payment methods on our website.
We're happy to clarify how to redeem your gift card, it’s nice and simple! Please type in the code you can find in the back of your gift card, into the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout, and click apply!

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
For Click and Collect orders we aim to have them ready for collection within the hour. For orders to be delivered we process them swiftly but we do advised this to normally take 2-4 days. If orders are placed over the weekend it may take a 3-4 days to arrive with you.
Please take care when placing your postal address in our system, however if you have made a mistake please contact us swiftly and we will amend where possible.
If you've yet to receive your order we recommend you first check your tracking information to confirm whether your order is outside of the estimated delivery window of 3-4 days.
If you are experiencing any issues with the delivery of your parcel or if the order has far exceeded the estimated delivery time frame, feel free to contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your shipment. This link will route you to view the tracking details as your order makes its way to you via the An Post tracking site.
In-store purchases we are happy to exchange or offer and credit note on items returned within 7 days of purchasing.
We will refund or exchange any online purchased items that you are not completely happy with. If you return them to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address.

We are so sorry to hear your order was received incomplete! Please contact us, providing your order number and the name, color and size of the missing item so we can assist you with remedying this issue as soon as possible.

We have restocks landing weekly, however we do not have a specific time frame for when items will be restocked.
Please be sure to subscribe to the back in stock notification on any items you are interested in so you can be first to know when they make a comeback online!
On the right side if the product you're looking for, there'll be a bar with a link into which you click and fill out your information.
If the product selected returns in stock, you'll be notified straight away and can begin the purchase of said product.
For best accuracy of receiving the notification, we recommend you sign up in the Out Of Stock option using both email and phone number so you won't be left behind in your favorite product.
You can view our 'size guide' on each product page which will show a pop up of the standard measurements of our garments.
If you would like to send through your measurements and any specific styles you had your eye on, we would be more than happy to help you make a judgement on size.
